Dark indeed, huh.
Damn, this chapter went long.:'D

Check it out- More guilt tripping fanart! ;)

This time, from Sample_Text/Trav. Oh gosh, hahaha. Yeah, I REALLY felt the guilt after seeing this one! D:
That crying from poor Benny boy, the static... Omfg. And JENNY with those damn angel wings above a mushroom cloud! AHhhhhhh!!! ;^;

(Trav's comic is Psyke, which isn't released yet, but is sure to be hella adorable!)

That isn't "kinda" dark: that's freaking despondent as anything! Oh, we should just stop existing! This girl really never says anything nice, does she?

Bwahahaha, yeah, it does go a bit beyond just dark, doesn't it? Alas! Eva has her moments.

Heck, this is why Greeks consider Hope as the worst of all from the contents of Pandora's box.

Seabiscuit
Omg, do they? Hahaha. I guess I can see the logic there- Hope can be pretty evil when you hope too much just to get crushed... Or, uh, something!

And the fact that they believe that hope would only prolong their sufferings

Needless to say, I see Eva isn't helping.
And . . . Oh boy that fan art :(

Eva needs a hug. No, make that LOTS of hugs...

You know, 'bizkit, you wouldn't get guilt tripped if you didn't freaking NUKE a fan-favorite character. Just sayin'.

:P

They both need hugs. They should hug each other.:(

...-snerk-
Oh, I know. I totally deserve this. I admit it! D:

I'm probably the only one who didn't care much for Jenny as a character. I'm more invested in the can of worms you opened with proof of AUs and making contact with each other. Jenny was just a means to an end for this concept, which I hope doesn't just peter out after this chapter.

Granted, she did die so that kinda sucks, but I'm saving any feels for a character that we've actually gotten to know for a lot longer.

Vince noticing the important things, hehehehe!

And, yeah- Given how short a time Jenny was around for, I'm kinda surprised anyone really cared for her at all. Pleased, yes, but surprised.:)

there are those who actually do believe in that stuff- better not exist at all o.O

I didn't expect Eva to be one of those though...

But you cannot destroy everything. You can reduce it to this state but even the Warhammer 40k universe is still somehow working. At least humans, no matter who, have a STOP button and it depends when it is pressed. I guess once all the nukes bombed all the troublemakers, it simply settled down but ya, it is the rest of the people who will continue to suffer.
Seabiscuit 1st Apr 2017, 1:25 PM edit delete reply
Seabiscuit
Hehe, indeed. I wonder if it'd be possible. Man, that'd probably take a lot of nukes. Or at least one really badass one.

Surely they wouldn't survive nuclear winter/summer though, right?
MadJak91 3rd Apr 2017, 1:50 PM edit delete reply
MadJak91
Probably... not? Hard to say. I would have to look it up in detail but I guess it would be similar to when the meteorite smashed here and destroyed every species unable to adapt. So I guess bacteria and bugs and anything new evolved would survive until the situation is better.

Man I can't wait to spiritually ascend and take a look at what replaces humans. It'll either be really funny (ironic disappointment) or really amazing.
